Travel Details

Haven't left yet... but here are some details of my trip and project I will be working on while in India..

I will be partnering with another trainer on my team and we will both be going to India to train a class of 30 people for an outsourcing project.I am sure it will bring new challenges but I look forward to embracing the culture and the experience of working in a different country. I am nervous but very excited!

I will be there for approximently 8 weeks and I am staying in the city of Chennai. Chennai is located on the Cormandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal (Central East India). It is the fourth most populated city in India - so its a big, crowded city and I hear the traffic is crazy. Thank goodness we have personal drivers to get us around!

I will be staying in a total of 5 different hotels during my visit. Two hotels are in the main city of Chennai and then we get to escape on the weekends to beautiful beach resorts! Here are a few links to the ones we will be staying at- they look amazing.

I plan on doing a lot of fun shopping and sight-seeing during my free time and making the most of the experience!
